What in the heck are these thingys

I just rec' a 50lb shipment of live rock today and put it in the tank to cure. There are several small white things about 1 cm and smaller. They look kind of like freshwater trumpet snails except small. Any ideas?

I also forgot to mention that they attached to the glass at the sides of the tank and crawled all of the way to the top and they seem to be exploring.
