J John_Brandt Experienced Reefer Nov 28, 2003 #2 That is a juvenile 'Highfin blenny' (Atrosalarias fuscus). It will turn very dark brown or black as an adult. I believe they are safe in reef aquariums. I have seen them in reef aquariums numerous times.
