Hi,

Ok, here is a pic of the block of zoos I bought from a LFS not too long ago. 2 pics.. 1st is a pic today.. .. and the 2nd is of them when I purchased them a few weeks ago.

Zoanthus sp... blunt tenticles, multicolored oral disks.. no sand on the column.

Did you use flash on the top pic? It would look a lot better if you use the same parameter as the one on the bottom... brighter and better color... oh, sorry, off topics... back to your concern, they look great!

Oh they'll spread... and spread... and spread ;)

Basically, if the rock they are in is within 1/2" of another rock, they will reach over and spread across the gap. Its a great way to propagate them really. Placing smaller rocks around the edge of the mat and then removing when they have grown on.
