New hitchhiker I found on my live rock yesterday:

I found this guy and he was nice enough to pose for a few pictures! It is the pink/red stick looking thing in the lower left of the first picture, basically it moves just like a walking stick would move on land. I think it is wounded, it has one front and one back "leg" and 3 legs on the right side with only one on the left.

I saw it eating detris and just walking along. Anybody know what this thing is?

These guys are usually super tiny and super secretive.

Not to be confused with the more social and egomaniacal Caprellid amphipods...
