• Why not take a moment to introduce yourself to our members?

I'm not sure what they are, but they look like starfish. Their middle is grey while their legs are all white. Their middle is between 2 and 4mm in diameter. The arms are anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1 inch. (On the ones iv'e seen)
They are shaped like really really tiny brittle stars...I have seen about 20 of them, im sure that there are more though, they blend in really well with the sandbed.
No pics...Sorry
Any ideas?
Thanks!

i had some one look in my tank yesterday that has been in the hobby longer then my self, and he described seeing items like this .. he named them brittle stars

except mine must be much smaller as i could not see what he was talking about

Thanks! I was thinking it might be some kind of brittle star...just wasnt completely sure. What should i do with them? If they are brittle stars, then they should get pretty big (right?) and my tank is a 24gl nano cube. I dont think i can handle having 20 brittle stars in my tank!! 8O
Thanks for the response!

They are micro-brittle stars. They will stay micro.

NO $$$ from the LFS yet!

Good hitchhikers.
