ID Please

Some things on my live rock and in my newly set up tank.

First are these:

They close at night and open a little after the light goes on and they are about the size of the head of a pin. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe they are some sort of tube coral.

Then this:

It is growing all over my glass, is it just some kind of algae?

Any help identifying these would be great.

Looks like the first pic might be some sort of cup coral. Second pic is algae, I had a similar type on my nano glass when I started it up, but it went away a few weeks later.
