Clicking in our tank

last night about 1am we could here this clicking eminating from our tank?

what is it?

Sounds like a Mantis Shrimp.

Or a pistol shrimp. They have one large, noisy claw

If it clicks in a series of 3's and 4's (spaced either a few seconds apart or rapidly) it is more than likely a pistol shrimp.

its doing in in rapid clicking of 3 and 4

are they ok to have?

If its the thing i saw (its rear end any way) it was striped
