please what is this

at night thease worm like things some big some small, come out of the rocks but not all the way. they have white and brown rings on them. and only come out in the dark but seem never to move from the hole they are in . anyone ever herd of something like this ? and should i worry !!! Sounds like you have an infestation of copods. You're doing something right.

peanut worms. ceopods will look more like bugs, kinda like fleas.
