Programing Apex controller to control tunzee pumps

What profiles are you using to control your tunzee pumps...
My profile and program looks like this
Set Wave1
If Time 10:00 to 10:59 Then duskdawn

If Time 19:01 to 20:00 Then duskdawn
If Outlet Timer = ON Then Flush1
If Time 20:01 to 09:59 Then Night

Wave 1 (This keeps a constant surge going that makes the corals dance)

Maximum intensity 70


Night (This mode allows for less erratic flow at night)

Any input or other programs people are using? Wave1 in my profile cause serious waves that are mayb too high i may have to lower the max intensity

Also i have timers that turn on my flush modes every 120 mins for 15 mins
