need help with id on regal angels in qt

I have had these regal angels in qt for 5 weeks now
have done 2 weeks hyposaline, 2 treatments of prazipro
my bigger one eats flakes and once in a while frozen foods
the smaller one eats everything out of my hand (pellets, frozen, flakes)
the smaller one has a bump under his mouth
Is it lymphocytosis or something else?
I have done freshwater dips too
I don't want to try copper unless i have to
as you know getting them to eat is the hardest part and this one eats like a champ.
any advice would be appreciated

This is something very common with Angel fish, and it looks like it is lymphocytosis. It doesn't look like a parasite or an infection, so I wouldn't worry about it, especially if the fish are eating and not showing any other signs.

It's very common on Angels to get something like that, especially around the areas where they may get a wound when being netted. Unless it goes away over time with good water condition and feeding. Like I said, I wouldn't worry too much about it if the fish is doing well.
