7095 controller settings

I have a 4x2x2 12o gallon and I am trying to see if I can get a wave effect using 2 tunze 6100. My question is what settings are those of you with this controller using and what effects are you getting? The owners manual is a nightmare.

I don't think the 7095 can be used to generate a wave.

so what would the correct settings be to get that effect. I just got a 7095 with four 6100's as well.
