I recently switched from B-Ionic to the BRS supplements simply because it's more cost effective in the sense that I can get more bang for the buck. I've never really mixed any of this stuff always just bought concentrate of B-Ionic and just added water.

I followed the instructions to a tee got a 1 gallon jar and added 5 level cups of chloride with 3 level cups of sulfate, then added water until it was 4/5 full and shake. Well first problem (or maybe not) the plastic gallon jug that came with the stuff got pretty hot to the touch and no matter how hard I shake it the solution makes a white thick milkshake not at all dissolving well and beat the thing back and forth pretty hard. I guess I can add the remaining ro/di water to fill and shake again but I doubt thing stuff is going to fully dissolve.

Just want to know is this normal? Does anyone else use this stuff?

Never mind I figured this out, had heavy precipitation because I didn't mix them separately. Go figure that's what I get for not watching their video, also their website instructions didn't mention it at all so it's not all my fault.
