Hi! Randy

I read the instructions of seachem's reef calcium and reef complete. It is stated that by using these products the calcium level does not need to exceed 380 ppm. Why is it so? The sea concentration is about 420 ppm and in our aquarium we should maintance at this level or higher!

Even if it is time releasing or bioavailable or ionic or whatsoever, at any particular time if it is only measured up to 380 ppm than there is always a shortfall of 40 ppm! Do you have any explanation on their rationality?

Thanks.

Don't pay any attention to the intructions.
I use seachem reef advantage and I maintain my calcium level at 420 and Everything is peachy
