I have a 29 g tank with Florida live rock and assorted inverts, macroalgae, lots of hard encrusting corals. Everything has been fine. Just added a soft polyp coral and it croaked in a day. Have a kalk drip set up and have been adding Kent Marine Iodine and Strontium/Moly. Using Salifert test kits reading on alk, mag were non existent, calcium at 300. PH 8.3. Tested the kits on newly mixed seawater and everything was in range so I don't think it is a problem with the kits. I did a 10g water change over the week as well. I started to add epson salt to boost magnesium and kent calcium but no real changes in chemisty.
