hi
my ph as been dropping so i started addin buffer 3 days ago,when testing for kh and ph after 3 days readings r still the same,kh 12,ph 7.7,usually when i had buffer within hrs ph as gone up,i have plenty of water movement breaking the water surface so c02 shouldint b the problem.
all other water perams r fine my calc is reading at 420.

any ideas as to what i should.

Don't add more buffer. It is not a good way to raise pH. Limewater is a better choice. CO2 shouldn't be a problem IF the home air is not loaded with excess CO2. Try aerating a cup of water with outside air using an airstone for an hour and see if the pH rises.
