whats a good combo of filter media

I plan on run ning an aqua clear 110 with a few different media. Can anyone suggest what I might be missing. I plan on running purigen, chemi pure elite, and phosguard. I've read boomer thoughtds on CPE. Is purigen and cpe overkill? What should I add /remove? This is for a 40 breederhttp://youtube.com/watch?v=

i wouldnt bother with CPE, just use a good GAC, GFO (phosban) and if u want Purigen.

Although u might want to hold off on these till the tank is done cycling.

I agree with mbg. CPE has GFO in for PO4 and Phosguard is a activated alumina for PO4.
