I`ve got a yellow gorgonian that`s been in my tank for a couple of months now.It acts healthy(polyps extend every day) but the outer tissue is dying from the bottom up for some reason.I was thinking of fragging out the whole thing to see if I can save some of it.Is this wise to do or should I wait to see if this one comes around before I cut it up?I don`t know why it`s not thriving, everything I`ve read so far tells me I`m doing the right things to keep it alive. This variety is non-photosynthetic.

Kent`s microvert two or three times a week.Any suggestions would be very appreciated if you know something I need to do.I know the good current and everything.I`ve even read that all you need to do is stir your sand once a week and they will feed off what gets kicked up.
