fuge set up?

i was going to try and fit a small fuge into my current sump (has 3 sections). the flow will probly be too high if i do this and may not be the proper way to do this. since petco has the dollar sale going on again i was thinking of picking up a tank maybe 15 g and using it as a stand alone fuge.
1. i have no idea how i would get the water from the fuge to the sump? im sure its something easy
2. whats in your fuge?

T it off so that ur fugue sets some water and have it flow into you return section. I have 2" sand bed, bunch of cheato and some small pieces if rock. I see a bunch of little pods and other stuff in there.

Drill it.
