airline hose bulkhead and rubber sheeting

i was wondering is there something like a bulkhead for airline hosing size? Its for my skimmer, and some airstones will drive it. I want the airline hosing to go through the flange. I want it so I can disconnect the airlines whenever I like.

Also, does Home Depot sell rubber sheeting? Its for the flange..

What I did was get a 3/4 inch threaded bulk head (smallest I could find at the fish store), then went to HD and got a 3/4 inch threaded to 1/4 inch adapter which fits snugly into the bulkhead, ofcourse used some teflon tape, and on the other end used 1/4" polyethylene tubing (the same type of tubing for ice maker machines, and RO units) which is the same size tubing as airline but more hard.
Although my purpose is different, its to gravity feed from a vat to a float valve in my sump to auto top off, but still water tight
