Dimmable Rapid Led Build

I just got my 48 ultra premium dimmable kit today and was wondering if anyone knows if the drivers work well with a RKL?

I have heard some good and some bad..sometimes they don't turn off all the way.there are plenty of threads on the DA site about how to set up/trouble shoot..I don't have mine hooked into my RKL just yet,but prob will one day..

You'll want the D drivers not P and the ALC module but should work fine, just don't put to many drivers on each port.

qy7400 is right... you were better off with the p drivers. they are controlled with pwm signal so it will work with controllers as long as they have a 10vdc pwm output.

But he said use D not P drivers I don't know how RKL dimming module works, but D drivers are the ones that can be dimmed with a simple potentiometer circuit.

Both the Apex and RK use 0-10VDC for dimming control so the correct driver to use on them is the D version. That being said I have the P version and use them on my Apex so they will work but no one's sure if this will cause a problem down the road.

Ok. I was looking more into the Reefangel which is open source my friend has it and it works awesome.
