I been having issues with my bio pellets not really tumbling. Some parts of the pellets would tumble and the other side of the pellets wouldn't. So, I was at a plastic shop and saw they had this lexan half dome they were selling. I pick it up and headed home to mod TLF bio pellet to able to tumble better. Here is a quick illustration.

here is the pics: (sorry for the crappy phone camera pics) but you get the idea.. :D

here is the dome.

I am using a mesh to stabilize the dome as you will see in the next image.

here is a better visual of it.

Next to test fit this in the reactor. Hard to see, it fits right over the disk.

And here is how it all goes together. As I mention before the mesh is there to stabilize it from rocking side to side. Perfect fit!!

I currently have it running and it's been tumbling perfectly. it only cost me 5 bucks to make. Instead of buying something that cost way too much. This simple mod and it does the job!. :)

I will try to post up a video of it in action later.

thanks!.

Well, thats where I got that idea from. From the slurpee drink top cap at 7-11. I originally try using it, but material was too thin and weak. Plus it wasn't fully rounded dome.
