Hey guys just wanted to share this. Hoboken Beer and Soda Outlet does refills for co2 tanks. It's an exchange program where you give them your tank and they give you a filled one. 10 pound canister for 29 bucks.
If you have your own tank, SOS Gas in Kearny charges $12 for a 5lb. Just mention this price was what they said on the phone before fill up or they will try to charge you more.
