save the rocks of the cliff is the primary thing,
we should all do our reef with synthetic rocks or dry rock,
the land has been entrusted to try to keep it and destroy it as little as possible,
sorry my thoughts, but I like too the place where I live

Save the reefs (and rocks), buy man made!!!!

You can always buy aquacultured rock as well:
http://www.liverockranch.com/page/page/6544418.htm

I've heard great things about these guys and the rock they provide is high quality. Plus none of this is from a reef all the rock is quarried and then put out at sea in their aquaculture site for a few years before being harvested. So you aren't taking it from existing reef beds.

I think it's difficult dispatched in Italy,

I did my own rock. Made about 300lbs of it. Took me about 9 months, and that was being pretty lazy about it. LOVED IT! Had a lot of fun creating some pretty cool stuff. Crushed arragonite, #1 Portland cement, Morton's rock salt, and some creativity. I used 3 different size grades of arragonite, #15, #5, and sand grade. Even mixed some crushed clam shells and crushed lava rock into some of the mixes. Also, payed with acid buffers, vinegar baths, muriatic acid baths, even a 24hr dip in the LI Sound. Had a blast making them. Getting ready to start another batch, soon. If you decide to take on a project like this...BE PATIENT and Be diligent with your water changes. It pays off in the end.

gaetano: Do you have access to Aquaroche in Italy? I know it's a European company and we have it here. Couple months in a reef tank and you can't tell the difference.

aquaroche you know, you can have, but now I found some dry rock that were alive, I made three atolls and some cave for fish, Thursday I deliver the tank and then I shall begin to take some pictures and put them on the forum.
some advice:
after putting the atolls, aragonite and coral sand, the water already I have to put salt or salt after I?
