drilling acrylic?

how hard would it be to drill thru 1/4 acrylic- want to add a bulk head, problem is- its my sump and its filled

BI-Metal hole saw. Go slow and you're good to go. depending on where you want to drill, you might have to empty your sump. But with a nice sharp bit it should take no longer than 20 minutes from start to finish.-if you've got the plumbing ready.
