i have a 29 gal display tank and the return pump is larger than needed, which causes a serious stream of water. i try to break it up by aiming pumps at it which works ok.
I have been thinking about an old seahorse tank i used to have with a spraybar. I know spraybars are not too popular with reefers these days but have been thinking it may be an easy solution to my situation.
I dont like turning down the flow from a pump and the spray bar would a add an extra 90 arm decreasing flow.
Has anyone used a spraybar in a mixed sps/lps reef tank before?
