Need idea

I have a 300gal acrylic tank I bought, but I can't get it into my basement without removing my OLD wood stairs.
Any ideas ?

I took my stairs out. After removing trim it was just one big section.

Taking out the stair is the only way it would drop down to fit into the basement.

I'm going to remove the beat up carpet and look into it.

Take note of wherever the stairs are fastened and anchored prior to removing anything. Also make sure you don't damage the substrate when you're removing them. If you're careful, you may be able to put everything back in place as is. Depending on how it's secured, you may have to do some patching once it's removed and not for aesthetics but to make sure the anchors/fasteners have a sturdy substrate.
