I plan to build a stand for a 180 and am looking for tips. I have built stands befor, one for a 55, one that holds 5 29's and another that holds 5 10's. My concern is the weight. This is going to be a reef with DSB, lots of live rock and there for lots of weight. Should I use 2x4's as I have for my other stands, or 2x6's? Who owns a factory made 180 stand, how do you feel about it? Do you have the large amount of weight I plan to with the DSB and all? Any suggestions or advice would be great. I am just woundering if it is better to build or buy I guess.
