I repaired a leak in my tank with silicone sealant.

How long do i have to wait for the silicone to dry up and be inert, before i move my corals from the Tupperware vats, back to the main tank?

Thanks,

manklit

I just had a tank made on 10-28. The manufacture had a note on the tank that said no water till 11-7. I to had a leak in my old tank. I tried to repair it. I let the silicone cure for two days. But it started a new leak 2 months later.

100% silicone is 100% silicone dont matter... so i have been told...
I used the aga stuff only needed one tube so it didnt cost too much...
if u use the GE stuff make sure it has no anti funges additives...
Altho 100% should be %100....
