Could some kind soul please put me out of my misery? I would like to build a Reverse Carlson Surge Device but cannot find a simple diagram and explaination I can make sense of A post along these lines would be greatly appreciated.
do a search on www.thereeftank.com there was quite a thread running on the RCSD. had nice diagrams and all. I was going to try this on my tank but never did.
