Cut the end off the Syntech adapter. One wire is black and one is white with a black stripe. Strip bck about a fourth of an inch.
The Stealth Fan at the base has 3 wires. It comes with a haness to step it down to 2 wires. Cut the 2 wires at the end and strip the wire back about a forth of an inch.
Wire connections are as follows:
Stealth red to Syntech black
Stealth black to Syntech black and white stripe
Slide a piece of heatshrink tubing over the wire, solder the connections, and then slide the heatshrink over the connection and heat with a lighter.
The adapter has a voltage switch. The higher the voltage the faster the fans will spin.
