Any mods for the red sea HO berlin skimmer?

I just bought this skimmer:

And before I install it and get it up and running I was wondering if anyone knows of any modifications to improve it?

I also have a Berlin skimmer. I have had to do a venturi change inorder to get it skimming to my liking. I have heard of a lot of people with Berlins swap out the "stock" venturi and hook up a Kent venturi. I my self ended up finding a venturi at work made by Mazzie
