How do you build a sponge filter? all theses designs say to build one of those for a quarantine tank. what else should i put in there besidesthe following:

Pvc tubing for hidding
heater
Should i just buy a bio wheel? also do they need lights cause i wouldnt want to take them from the quarantine tank into the big one and then have them die due to shock of the lights
