Where's the input?

If you look at the picture of the reactor in this thread
http://reefs.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=24763
there are two holes in the lid. Assuming the one hole we have in our lid will be the output, where will the input be? Will it be part of the pump plubming?

I'd like for my input to be a 3/8" JG fitting (top off line - I'm trying to make a kalk reactor). Please let me know if this will work out with how you have the input planned. If I need to make another hole in the lid, it would be easier to do before I glue the fitting in the already existing hole.

It will be whatever you want it to be...you'll have to adapt it into a T on the output side of the pump, so that it feeds into the base of the reactor.

The input on the regular reactors is at the bubble counter.
