Fergy,
I am assuming this is what we are needing for the polishing phase of the next class? I questioned it due to the "cushion" portion of the paper. How many sheets of each should it take for one skimmer/reactor?

I also can not find a 4500 grit. Will 4000 grit do the job? Are these decent prices as well?

Thanks,
Kurt

That's where I got mine. One sheet will last many projects...it's much more reusable than sandpaper. The cushion helps.

Someone in the class found a cheaper place to get them, but I can't remember. That place sold a lot of it for woodworking. Maybe they will post here...

Get that one kit, with the range of pieces.

I've been experimenting lately with other grits, just for grins, seeing where i can stop before buffing. Once you hit 600 grit, you've got to make sure all the deep scratches are gone before proceding. This will be a good excercise for people who want to resurface tanks.
