Halide Light DIY

Hey, does anyone have any practical experience with this setup. It will be going on a 4x2x2 120 gal- inside a DIY wood canopy- supplemented with 4x4ft VHO run off an icecap ballast-- there will be few SPS in this tank-- Is this a setup that you would use? hi.
It looks fine to me, but keep in mind that if you get a MV ballast, you will limit yourself to Iwasaki bulb (MV-MH), and not able to change to other regular metal halide bulbs.

Look in the for sale/trade section for used lights. You might get a good deal on name brand items. Adam

Thanks for responses-- a note: I have been warned that the wiring diagram that is on this link may be incorrect-- if you decide to try this setup, follow the diagram that comes with the ballast.
