diy pc lighting kit

I was wondering if anyone has anythoughts on where i could buy a ballast for 2x55w pc bulbs

I found this site what do you guys think is it a good deal? konw of any better deals

p.s. i am retro fiting my eclipse 3(29gal) hood to use pc lights.

Looks like a good kit to me. If you know how to read a wiring diagram (if you're not colorblind it's pretty easy!)

But, as long as there is a piece of glass, or plexi between the bulbs and the water it would be good. Those endcaps look like they won't be waterproof.

Something to think about.

do you think this setup would require a fan ? how hot would this get, to hot for anything other than glass?
