Duroso Standpipe

I want to build a Duroso but can't seem to locate Schedule 26 pvc. Can I use Schedule 40? Does anybody know where to get 26?

Schedule 40 will do if you can't find 26. I get 26 at Ace Hardware.

I found 26 at Lowes. It's not obvious (it does not say so on the label). I was lucky to find a knowledgeable employee that showed it to me (it does't look any different form the 40). You can look at the
presure that it can take: it's significantly lower than the same diameter of 40.

If you hold 40 next to 26 it is a very obvious difference. Schedule 26 is also called thin wall PVC as it is much thinner than 40.

I don't know what schedule 40 is rated for but schedule 26 is rated for 160 PSI.
