What MH bulbs are compatible with a 175W M57 ballast?

Just got this ballast for free so Im looking to set this puppy up along side my 250W 12,000k sunburst and 2 65W PC ultra actinics.

What bulbs are compatible with this ballast? Out of those which one would best compliment my current setup?
