I signed up for the MACO DIY skimmer class on 07/2003 and bought all of the required material like the skimmer template, acrylic, cement, etc. In fact, I was planning on building skimmers to sell and bought a table saw, a drill press and enough acrylic to build five skimmers. I had planned on building custom sumps also and have two large sheets of case acrylic, one clear and one black. All of the acrylic is the best, Cast Cyro Acrylite. Unfortunately, I never had the time to do any of it and I still have everything. I have every lesson and all of the chat sessions.
I live in Lakeland, Florida, which is in-between Tampa and Orlando along the I-4 corridor. If anyone is interested contact me at [email protected]. I’ll go over details then.
