Revised lighting

Just finishing up my first real DIY and am looking for some advice. Pulled the guts out of a 30" NO strip from my 20L, and replaced it with four of the screw in 9 watt PC 50/50s from coralife. What can I use as a reflector material, as the flourescent didn't have one I could recycle? Will foil work?And what what can I put in the tank past a FOWLR system?

You could just paint the surface white. That would provide a fair amount of reflectance.

Aluminum reflectors can be order from places like champion.com. They make custom reflectors at a reasonable price.
