Venturi for DIY Skimmer

Can you purchase the venturi part of the skimmer from somewhere, and build the rest? I'm thinking about building one, but I'm not sure about this one piece. Any links, etc., would be helpful.

Byethw way I read somewhere that we can make a DIY venturi out of a PVC Tee. Will have to try it out
