10g tank inside width

I have a guy at work that will cut some glass for my 10g sump. I would like to get him the dims today but forgot to measure the tank last night. Does anyone know or could measure the inside width of a standard 10g glass tank. I have a perfecto if that make a difference.

I thought I had a 10 gallon tank in the shed but couldn't find it........sorry I must have given them away.

I know they are 10" wide. I figure the glass is 1/8" thick. I told the guy to cut it 9.75" seeing that it will be free standing a little longer than necessary would be better. If I need to seal them I will slit some tubing lenght wise and put it on the ends.
