Awhile ago I saw posted a way to make an eductor out of PVC fittings and now I can't locate the post. Not sure which forum it was on. Anyone know how to do this and can point me to some pics?

Many Thanks,
Annette

It is not going to work well just with regular PVC parts. There will be a bit of trial and error, and rework if you want something that work reasonably well. See minibowmatt's attempt on a maxiject adoptor and you will see that he do that over at least 3 times. The home-made educator will be similar in principle (venturi), and unless you want to use Becket (SP?) as a start, it will be not going to be worth your time /money unless you want to do it and learn about it at the same time.

I don't remember the plan in this forum, but let me know if I am wrong.

Sorry that I can't be of much help.

Thanx, Shipbuilder. I am often surprised by how well certain crude DIY projects work, and that they work at all

he he he he he :D
I am working on a DYI semi kinda sorta wave maker on my closed loop pump.
It will be a variable speed motor controller that will change the rpm of the pump motor thus changing the flow rate. Using a Dolphin high head series pump HHS 5000 3/4hp. Trying to find a controller that will interface with my computer and still be affordable! In theory this will also reduce my electric bill

After it is all set up and working I will post some info on it.
