mag 9 return options

i have a mag 9 as my return and have it turned almost 1\2 down. it have a 4 foot height to top of return. planned to get 2 or 3 flex lock line's for it. and what's the largest lock line there is. and where could i get it? what exactly is the differance with a pressure rated pump. meaning by doing this will it harm pump. return is1" i\d pvc. ty rick

Locline jumps from 3/4" to 2 1/2". So for all practical use, 3/4"

I had a mag 7 with a SQWD split to two retuns. It didn't overflow my 1" bulkhead. I think you could use one on your mag 9 and add some head pressure.
