I would like to convert my 37 gal. FO tank to a reef setup, I have a perfecto single strip light w/ 20W 50/50 coralife (I know I'm in the dark ages as far as lighting but I'm no Donald Trump$$$)...I realize that lighting is important...but i'm soooooooooo confused...from what ive been seeing T5's are the way to go...I resently looked up flour. at That fish place, why is it that they have a VHO 75WT12 that will fit into my perfecto hood yet I looked at some retro kits and there T5's are only 32W very very confused...I would like to have corals that I can propogate, fish, inverts,etc....what are the best tube configurations(blue, white,etc.)...does anyone know of a simple site for DIY T5 lighting w/ moon lights...also would like to build a canopy for them ...the back has to be open because my skimmer sticks up in the back fairly high(CPR bak pak)...how far must the lights be above the water...and do the fans always run or are they on a thermostat...thanks Dennis
