I need some step by step plans for a large DIY skimmer to handle my 300g system. I'm interested in any method outside of anything with the word "airstone" involved. :lol:
It can be in or out of the sump. The larger the skimmer the better. I will be plumbing it in line with my return pump, the return of the skimmer will be diverted directly into the sump.
Ugly isn't an issue, as long as it's effective!
