A Anonymous Guest Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Jan 29, 2008 #2 I will need to read the article in detail, but my gut feeling is that it won't work very well for seawater due to the ion selectivity not sufficient among the other major ions such as Na, Cl and K. Very interesting ionphore-chromo system.
