Luminarc Reflectors

I am just completing 3 and wondered if anyone else was interested in making them?

How did you "make them"?

I had 4 lumenarc's on my old 300G. They are super reflectors. But I didn't DIY them.

Reverse engineering for the shapes. I then drew it on CADD and used the layout for aluminum flashing. Used pop rivits to assemble the pieces. Pictures are a problem right now as my camera needs to be replaced. I will try for a few pictures this afternoon.
