DIY Filter Sock Holders

I had purchase this 35G Custom-built Sump made of Acrylic. Happy with it, but never thought of filter sock holders at that time. Anyway, I have went to several places looking for someone to built me filter sock holders to Accommodate my sump, but the prices was "ridiculous".

Then I found a member and friend here selling two acrylic filter sock holders. However, they did not fit on my sump. So I decided to make my own out of eggcrate & cable ties.....does the job and it cost me in material a couple of dollars.

Cool, but you're going to have to lower it below the edge of the sump.
If you don't monitor, the Sock will overflow after some usage.
