Modify Nova extreme T5 HO?

Hello-

I have a Nova Extreme T5 HO light, 36" with stock 4x 39W.tubes.

Unfortunately, it has the single metal reflector. Can I replace it with individual reflectors? Seems I would have much better performance this way.

I don't think the fixture has enough room to put in the individual reflectors.
